You really don’t get a choice of location. This wasn’t where I wanted to pick up. The windshield and interior was not clean. The moving blankets were full of star thistle. I did not get the ability to document the condition before I left with the truck or ever. This was the worst truck I have rented. Brakes were slow and there were some strange noises.

KATHY LThe site has no permanent signage and can not be identified as "Al's Old Fashioned Hand Car Wash". The vehicles are parked on a dirt that is not maintained and sit among what appear to be old, somewhat abandoned trailers. The photos of the location provided in the mobile app were, in some cases, inaccurate and confusing and there did not appear to be any human in the area that could assist and no one answered the phone number listed for the location. Although the truck was clean and in OK condition, I would NOT recommend that anyone use this site after business hours for the next door towing business.
Gary YThe vehicle that I reserved, a 15 ft truck, was not available and I was given a 10-ft truck instead. This resulted in delays in my moving and tremendous expense due to all the extra trips. It wasn't the locations problem it was U-Haul's problem and they did nothing to make it right. I am not happy customer.
