One of the ramps on the trailer would not deploy. Luckily I had a pry bar and could gradually get it to come out so I could load the trailer. Otherwise, both locations were great, professional. Nice to order the rental online too

SUMMER RThe office was smoke filled, I would not want to sit there and do any paperwork, I cant recall being in a place of business where smokers made the room uncomfortable. I got there at 12:30 then noticed a sign saying they were closed from 1:00 to 2:00 for lunch. Not knowing this and getting there at 1:00 and having to wait would have been disturbing.
