No interaction, dropped off via app. Easy and straightforward.
Tyler PI reserved the UHaul along with moving blankets, hand truck, and furniture dolly. None of those items were in the truck. That is not acceptable when a reservation was made and we counted on those items for the move. When we documented those were missing U-Haul still wanted to charge us for them. Also, the check in/out processes were very long…30-45 each. I will do anything to avoid renting a U-Haul again.
JON DIt was pretty muddy on can floor but it wasn’t a problem. Mobile check in and out was great. The van was in great working order
