When I got my final bill, they charged me $10 for 2 gallons of gas. I should’ve taken a picture of where the gas fill line was after I put in 4 gallons of gas before I returned the truck, and I drove only 26 miles in total. Can’t believe that this is something that they can get away with. I’m very disappointed and will not use their services again. I have been in practice as a physician in Austin for almost 40 years, and know that one bad review takes 12 to 14 good reviews to overcome it. I have tried to contact the company, but no one has called me back to explain what transpired.

Jacob SThere was no one at the location. The truck I was assigned was blocked in by another truck so it took an extra 40 minutes and a call to U-Haul to get a new truck assigned. The drop off is a long walk from the main location and parking lot this is my second attempt to rent from here and will be my last.
RICHARD LDon’t change my pickup location. I chose a location that was close to me and yall told me that location doesn’t have trucks anymore despite the fact that I did see trucks there. Yall changed it just because yall wanted me to transport an additional vehicle from that location to another drop off location. Your app also doesn’t work when picking up
