SHELLIE GWhen I got my final bill, they charged me $10 for 2 gallons of gas. I should’ve taken a picture of where the gas fill line was after I put in 4 gallons of gas before I returned the truck, and I drove only 26 miles in total. Can’t believe that this is something that they can get away with. I’m very disappointed and will not use their services again. I have been in practice as a physician in Austin for almost 40 years, and know that one bad review takes 12 to 14 good reviews to overcome it. I have tried to contact the company, but no one has called me back to explain what transpired.

Jacob SThere was no one at the location. The truck I was assigned was blocked in by another truck so it took an extra 40 minutes and a call to U-Haul to get a new truck assigned. The drop off is a long walk from the main location and parking lot this is my second attempt to rent from here and will be my last.
