Get rid of the location. I requested and verbally confirmed a location on Burnet Rd 8700 block convenient to my residence and was instead forced to drive to a location in a shady part of town, after hours that is hard to get into per it's location directly on an intersection. Was verbally accosted by 2 separate homeless people and felt unsafe. I'm not happy.

William AThis drop off location is in a bad part of town and there is no signage on the building. It is not a uhaul business - only a drop box and app. Very little parking-we had to wait for a spot to open up.
Caroline MDidn't have the dolly that was reserved. I was still charged for it.
MOHAMMED SThe van that they gave us was damaged and wouldn’t lock. We went back to the U-Haul store and switched the van out and had to get a truck. We shouldn’t have been given the van to start off with since it didn’t lock. That took an additional hour out of our day since we had to go back. Once we were able to get a vehicle that locked, the rest of the experience was good. U-Haul should make sure that their equipment works before they send people off with a damaged vehicle.
