The pick up instructions before opening were not explained and I was not told needed information before picking up truck. I had to enter too much information with my phone before getting code to lock box. I was not informed there would be multiple keys in box and was so frustrated I accidently took key I wasn't suppose to. The representative was very cold and curt when dropped off truck. My daughter was with me and also could not believe the drama.
