Gas was marked below 1/4 even though I returned at 1/4. I put $25 in mid trip and another $10 the morning of drop off, then was charged another $10 for returning with less fuel. Attendant probably didn't let the truck warm up

JOHNCARLETON SI arranged for an in store check-in. Nobody who can do check ins was there. Had to do it through my phone and the app was glitchy. 45 minutes later I was able to hit the road. Returned the truck with a full tank, then my receipt had $144 in fuel charges that I had to call and have corrected. Everyone I dealt with was friendly but this experience was ridiculous.
jason hI never received an invoice. I don't know what the final bill is unless I look at my credit card bill. I asked the gentleman several times for an invoice and he said yes yes yes but I never received it. This is not acceptable.
