Double check every tire on all sides. We had to have two tires replaced not even 10 miles from where we picked the truck up. We didn’t have any trouble after that and the U-Haul people were friendly and helpful and got us back on the road as soon as possible. It pays to be nice.

We needed a trailer at the last minute and Seth was great. He was not there and he did it all online and the drop off spot people were excellent! We rented a 26 foot truck, & the U-Haul service was wonderful every place, but mainly the Belleville dealer was great help and very understanding.

Vandi LThe young man didn't know what he was doing. It took at least an hour to get the truck. Futhermore, we had to locate a Dairy Queen ice cream shop to rent it. And they told us the wrong day for returning it and put us in a completely different area to return it when there was literally a uhaul place a mile from us. I have NEVER worked with such an inept company. The Gardner, KS store sent us to a store on Strangline in Olathe to get our deposit back and that store said no and sent us back to Gardner. I feel some compensation should be made to us for the hours of time it took to get the rental ab then return the rental. Very dissatisfied.
