The location was GREAT. The main office who made the reservation did a TERRIBLE job, information was all wrong & was given to them several times. They got things so mixed up, felt I was lucky to just get the trailer with the help of the locate operator of U-Haul. The local operator of U-Haul did a wonderful job & was very accommodating.
