How U-Haul Reviews WorkI wanted the small truck or van at the 19.95 price but was told I couldn't. So, I had to pay the 29.95. It would be nice to get what is advertised.

Krystal NDouble check every tire on all sides. We had to have two tires replaced not even 10 miles from where we picked the truck up. We didn’t have any trouble after that and the U-Haul people were friendly and helpful and got us back on the road as soon as possible. It pays to be nice.
