The young man didn't know what he was doing. It took at least an hour to get the truck. Futhermore, we had to locate a Dairy Queen ice cream shop to rent it. And they told us the wrong day for returning it and put us in a completely different area to return it when there was literally a uhaul place a mile from us. I have NEVER worked with such an inept company. The Gardner, KS store sent us to a store on Strangline in Olathe to get our deposit back and that store said no and sent us back to Gardner. I feel some compensation should be made to us for the hours of time it took to get the rental ab then return the rental. Very dissatisfied.

Cody ZSeth called to follow up and is in the process of taking over. Phone line didn't work at drop off time. Again Seth followed up and sounds like moving forward will be better.
