The truck was not equipped with the dollies we order an this wasted a lot of time and money.

Kris NThe U-Hail I rented had less than a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up. When I mentioned the low tank to the attendant, he said that was normal and I should just stop every 10 miles or so to put one gallon of gas into the tank (I am assuming so that I don't pay for a full tank of gas that I don't end up using). I made it work, but it was extremely frustrating to deal with and I kept getting low tank warnings on my entire drive. I can provide photos of the tank upon pickup and milage if needed. Attendant was friendly enough, and outside of that, they provided all the equipment I had asked for and made the pickup and drop off process easy.
Evan BI was charged for cleaning without clear reason, I put few boxes in the truck and returned it in the same condition I got it
