Front desk person give me the keys to the UHaul and the paper. As soon as I drove, I realized that the tank was not full, it was only quarter full while the document said it was half full. I came to the counter, person at the desk first asked me to show picture. As soon as he saw, he said it is not his fault (even though he is the one who gave the keys), said I should have checked and asked me to follow-up with the dispute.

David HNo hidden fees and charges unlike my experience with other branch, can do better with maintenance (esp wheel alignment) but overall service was great.
