Your Uhaul company was great. The pads.& dolleys were so needed and used. The only hiccup in our order of the truck was changed at the last moment to pickup truck 45 minutes away from the original location.(our house). My suggestion is to improve the driver seat.

WENDELYNE NHorrible customer service, nobody is there when you need them, and double over charged me.
Theresa PThe attendant was great at his job and a good person. He met me outside when I pulled up, gave me a bottle of water on a hot day and got me out all in less than 5 minutes.
