When I returned my trailer I noticed that there were two workers present but for some reason the second worker wouldn’t help me when I entered. They made me wait about 10 minutes until the nice woman helping someone was finished. Then about a minute into me getting help someone else entered and the worker that wouldn’t help me immediately got up and helped the couple that came in after me. I didn’t understand why I wasn’t worthy of her help. I even asked the woman that was helping me if the other woman worked there to be clear of the situation. She informed me that she did and I couldn’t help but wonder why I had to go through that. I really didn’t appreciate it.

Staff not as helpful as the Team Ventures location. Not interested in a positive customer experience
Todd MEmployees were rude and disrespectful. When I asked where I needed to return the trailer, I was told anywhere. I knew that did not sound correct so I asked again and was told it didn’t matter. I returned the trailer to the closest location to my home, but found out later that it was supposed to be returned to Jacksoon. They had to put this in the system I would think. Not helpful at all.

ANDREW ATruck had a sensor on when I picked it up. Uhal accepted my reservation for 7:30 but the location didn’t open until 8am. Wasn’t able to get behind the gate to access the QR code for mobile pick up. AC did not work well
