The person my son spoke with the day before pickup assured us that someone would be there at 8:00a.m. since that was our pickup time. When we arrived no one was there, even though the sign said open and times listed said it opened at 8. Approximately 20 minutes later a man arrived and asked us to give him 10 minutes “ as he had other things to do”. We were trying to do the mobile app but that wasn’t working either. Finally my son go frustrated and asked the man if we could please get our truck. He said we really aren’t open yet but proceeded with a scowling face to open and let us complete the process. This man never smiled, said have a nice day or anything pleasant to us. If he represents your customer service then you have a problem.

E DCentral scheduling needs to communicate with client when pick-up location is changed. This is, however, a central scheduling problem. The people at Midgard went above and beyond to service our request, even running interference for U-Haul Central Scheduling. They were A+!!
Shery WThey only had one person working taking care of 5 outgoing and incoming customers. She did a good job of taking care of us and hooking up the trailer, but it was nearly an hour after our reservation time.
