I had ordered a dolly, but this location said they don’t do that. Would have been a major problem if I wasn’t able to borrow one from a roommate. The app let me order one - when it shouldn’t have been an option. I would have planned around it. This was not a good surprise.

Amy PAs I was moving in, I received a text that I needed to return the truck in West Jefferson, NC. I knew that the guy at the Bodenhamer St. location told me I could turn the truck in at any location so I didn't worry about that text (as the communication had been kind of crazy already). I dropped the truck off in Boone, NC at the Pinnacle Storage location. The lady there told me I likely could not turn the truck in at that location. I explained to her that this was the location that worked best for me and I did not have anyone to pick me up in West Jefferson. Eventually, it all worked out. I am submitting this as a survey response to say the communication, phone calls, texts were all very confusing and quite stressful. The people were nice, but it's like no one knew what was going on at any of the locations. I was wishing that I had used another company.
