Super easy to rent with the app. Cargo Van was brand new! Great location. Seamless rental, everything went as expected and billed exact price quoted. U-Haul adjusted the estimated miles at the end, and payment was spot on. Would definitely rent with the mobile app and at this convenient location again.
Lynn HWas unable to reach a contact regarding pickup difficulties. Had to spend 45 min on the phone with U-HAUL representative. Very disappointing.
Allie KThis was a really easy drop off. Took less than 5 minutes. I had to fill up with gas before drop off. There was a gas station 100 yards along the street, and you can then go around the side of the gas station and turn right back towards Nicks without having to go onto Baseline and do a U-turn.
