We could not believe the price for a full day rental! Customer service before pick up (Stephanie) and after (cannot recall the name) was professional, friendly and through. We were out and back in effieciently. Highly recommend!

bruce kThe location in Lancaster needs better signage. There is no sign on Transit Road indicating it is in the plaza and once you pull in there is no signage saying "U-Haul". It has a different name on the building. I just happened to notice the drop box on the side of the building. Otherwise everything was really great.
Laura GEasy rental. The singular issue was with the truck's airconditioning that only functioned on high. Truck was clean
Patricia FI submitted all of my required documentation for the remote pickup, including the cell # for my 3rd party verification. I got a return message that a verification process was in progress, and that my 3rd party would be contacted. I waited almost 30 minutes in the hot sun waiting for the confirmation of verification, which never came, not did my 3rd party ever get contacted. I finally got a hold of a customer service rep using the chat option, but even that took a long time to get a response. The rep made me repeat the photo submittals which then resolved the issue. I suggest that if the initial verification gets fails for whatever reason or at least is in a long queue, you need to let the client know so they don't sit there for a long time without a clue what is going on.
