The location did not have the furniture dollies I had on my reservation. They also said they didn’t have the size of trailer I booked, and to “take it up with corporate”. But the trailer was the correct size, they caused unnecessary stress. I will never rent from this location again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had booked the U-Haul in Sudbury for a 20 foot U-Haul. The day before I was to pick it up they called me and told me they didn’t have one pour me. They were going to give me a 15 foot with a trailer. Thank God, Bracebridge had one so we had to drive it from Bracebridge to Sudbury and Sudbury back to Bracebridge. So I had to pay the mileage from Bracebridge to Sudbury and back because of your mistake. So if this is how you treat customers, I don’t wanna be a customer again.
Joann MEasy drop off, no problem.
charles wthe truck was very old and in poor driving condition, maybe not even safe it was a US truck and therefore was in MPH rather than km as a Canadian vehicle should be staff support was excellent as was convenience, but a truck with 160,000 miles (not KM) was not in great shape
Sam ZLower mileage rate for corporate renters.
