the truck was very old and in poor driving condition, maybe not even safe it was a US truck and therefore was in MPH rather than km as a Canadian vehicle should be staff support was excellent as was convenience, but a truck with 160,000 miles (not KM) was not in great shape

Douglas CBooked van for 4:30 AM.... means im up at 3 AM Meaning everything was pushed back by HOURS! Causing people we needed help to no longer be available... meaning HEAVY things was done by 2 people vs 5.... Both workers i spoke too are great help and deserve higher pay (lol we know wont happen)
Jaimee URental truck was difficult to drive, steering was loose, engine made a lot of noise, rear door hard to open and close. Folks at front desk at Quality Inn doing their job but under-staffed.
