Booked van for 4:30 AM.... means im up at 3 AM Meaning everything was pushed back by HOURS! Causing people we needed help to no longer be available... meaning HEAVY things was done by 2 people vs 5.... Both workers i spoke too are great help and deserve higher pay (lol we know wont happen)

Rental truck was difficult to drive, steering was loose, engine made a lot of noise, rear door hard to open and close. Folks at front desk at Quality Inn doing their job but under-staffed.

REGINALD JBetter service by U-Haul personnel. Had to retrieve and hook up trailer (no guidance, but non issue for me as I am very familiar with the equipment}. No inspection of any kind upon return of equipment. Location itself is good.
