Staff at site were very pleasant. The 15 foot truck I rented did not have cruise control which was tiresome on a six hour drive. Truck had Arizona license plate so the speedometer was set in miles not km. I figured out how to change it but it reverted each time it was shut off

Sharon CNight before my rental got a call demanding that I have to return my truck to Brandon at the end of rental even though my booking clearly said to be dropped in portage la prairie. This extra travel came out of my pocket and is absolutely bullshit I will definitely advise all friends and family to avoid using u-haul if possible because it was a terrible experience. And the vehicle had garbage in it from the last user still.
