The 6x12 trailer is absolutely too heavy to be requiring the CUSTOMER to help hitch it on and unhitch it. The owner of this place was extremely kind and helpful. But Uhaul needs to provide some type of stand to hold the tongue of that thing, dang. I hurt my finger in the process of unhitching it.
