We seemed like an inconvenience to the gentleman working. We arrived and no one was in the office. We arrived a few minutes before 11am. He didn’t come in until 11:15. We observed him on the surveillance cameras sitting in a golf cart chatting with a man loading a trailer on a truck for transport. He didn’t explain that we needed to fill out the return stuff on our phone. So when we returned it, we were like WTF….
