Clean truck cabin. Water bottles and some food ans snacks were still behind the seats Improve the app for pick-up and return .Too many technical problems et frozen pages.
Luca DThe return using the app was a real pain! The app was crashing every time I was uploading a picture and had to redo the process at least 10 times. I didn’t even know it worked until the last time I went back to the app and click on the return trailer message, there were no longer the questions and pictures to upload but rather a message saying to drop the keys in the drop box… I rented a trailer!!!
Jean-Francois NI’ve been charges for fuel fees despite the fact I’ve return the equipment with more fuel than available at departure.
Valentin GWorst experience ever, the owner at the location threatened me after complaining about a Fuel surcharge and wasn’t helpful at all.
