Cleaner vehicles. The outside of the windshield was covered in dead, baked on bugs. The inside on the windshield was as equally dirty. I had to scrub the windshield by hand to get it clean. Then clean the inside as well as the very sticky steering wheel. When I returned the truck it was in a condition that could be rented

The office staff was great. The office was nice and clean. However, the truck they rented me was the loudest truck I've ever driven...and I drive fire engines. I was forced to wear ear plugs while driving.

Jamey AReceived our uhaul with someone’s personally bought u-haul brand padlock on it. We were pushed back a day in our move, had to go to the Canton location and get a saw from there to saw the lock off. We were not compensated for the inconvenience or the extra miles we were forced to put on the truck to remedy the issue upon return.
Aspen MMy car was hit on the left side in the back and no one said or did anything. I feel like if I payed for the insurance to the u-haul van then it should cover my vehicle as well since it was on your property.
