The person on duty was helpful. The lot was very full and I wasn't comfortable parking the truck, but the staff was more than willing to help out.

Even though it was a busy morning at the U-Haul location, staff was able to get us checked in and on the road in good time.
William GI rented the trailer from the 808 Center Street location in Apex, NC. When I arrived to pick it up I was informed they didn’t have one(had 3 on-site) .Was told I had to go to the Old Apex road location. It would have been nice if I would have been informed this beforehand.
