John PI had an absolutely fantastic experience at this U-Haul location, and I really want to recognize Scott for going above and beyond to help me! He was incredibly helpful, kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure everything worked out for me. I was originally scheduled to pick up two separate rentals at two different U-Haul locations. When Scott took the time to actually review my order, he realized that he could provide both rentals at his location. He didn’t just tell me what I needed to do — he took the initiative to make the changes, handled all the necessary information, and got everything taken care of. Because Scott took the extra time to understand my order and figure out what I needed, I was able to pick up both rentals at one location instead of having to drive to two different places. That saved me a tremendous amount of time and made the entire process so much easier! This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Scott could have simply handled the rental as it was originally set up, but instead he took the time to look at the bigger picture and find a solution that made things much more convenient for me. I truly appreciate the effort he put into helping me. Scott was fantastic, and U-Haul should be proud to have an employee like him! His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference in my experience. Thank you, Scott, for making the whole process so easy! Five stars without hesitation!
