Overall, it was a great experience. But he did not mention to me that I would be getting a link to click on and take pictures before I left the parking lot. I did not see that until I brought the truck home. So I did it there. He also did not mention anything about the haul/towing feature. I did read the sticker inside the truck, but to my understanding it said to turn that off if the roads were wet. I’ve never rented a truck before, so I believed the sticker. Then I told him this truck might need a transmission check. It was screaming until it kicked into gear and when I put it into reverse, it screamed and then banged into reverse. He said that’s because it was on haul/towing. He said you weren’t towing anything so it was in the wrong gear. That’s why it was screaming. How would I know that since I’ve never done this before. Isn’t that something that should have been turned off before I drove it? Also, it would’ve been nice if the radio button worked. There was no button just the inside pin. When I touched it to try to raise t he volume, it kept turning off, so I kept trying to play with it by pushing it in and trying to turn or pulling it out and trying to turn it, so I just left it off. But overall, I was happy to have it because I needed it. The truck was clean. The box was clean.

Jeffrey Cit's very silly that you can't pick it up and drop it off in a different place. I spoke to a live agent who was very not-accommodating. you're basically a DIY moving company. offer the service at a charge!
