STEPHEN CThe truck I rented possibly had bad shocks. When driving on the highway with the truck either loaded or unloaded the truck would rock heavily from front to back. I had to keep the speed below 50 mph to feel like it was safe to drive. When I picked up the truck, it was not loaded with the two dozen moving blankets I had ordered. Since the business was closed when I picked up the truck, I had to drive back in my own vehicle to get the blankets after business was opened. I had hired moving help which were already at the house I was moving from, so the blanked problem caused a delay in accomplishing the move. The U-Haul App failed to work correctly so that I couldn't complete the pick up process without phoning U-Haul. This problem seemed to be related to checking the "missing rental equipment" check box. It wouldn't accept my photos, or allow me to skip photos.

Nelson AMelanie was exceptional. She welcomed me and personally walked me through the vehicle, registration, etc. The facility was very clean. Frankly, I was suprised given my past experiences with U-Hauls at other locations. This was a very positive experience. And the van was practically new. Again, a new experience from past old, rattly, dirty vehicles from other U-Haul locations. Well done, Melanie, and U-Haul!
