Noted for the after hours 6 PM pickup on Friday 8/28. When I got to the location, the app would not allow me to pick up the vehicle, it said I had to call customer support. After being on the phone with customer support I was informed I could not pick up the vehicle and had to come back at 9 AM to pick up the truck.

Randal VWe returned our retal when location was closed and the apo timed out during the pictures taking process due to rain. I called the next morning and spoke to the gentleman that had checked our truck in. He was very nice and said he had reviewed the truck personally and we were checked in fully with no issues. Great experience.
