The associate that helped me was great. But the truck left a lot to be desired. It was empty with the gas light on when I picked it up. Which they gave me a 28$ discount for. But the truck needs repairs. The windshield molding came off driving down the highway I had to stop and duck tape it down because it was beating the top of the truck and sounded like it was destroying it. The steering wheel had chunks missing out of it and felt like it was just greasy. Truck had dents all over and the hood had been spray painted. I’m not saying it should be a show car but this was by far the worst U-Haul I’ve ever had

The first truck I was assigned was on 'Empty' at start up; it was supposed to have had a quarter-full tank. The U-Haul staff member was great. He quickly assigned me another truck (one with three-eighths-full tank) and I was on my way.
