I was told on the phone from the rep when I was renting that they would throw in $20 due to the inconvience of me having to go to a different location and that location was harder to get to due to roads being closed. I did not see that reflected on my bill.

SCOTT CIt was odd that the location was closed on a Thursday. I had to use your customer service person to secure the truck. I admit to being technologically challenged. The van only had 7500 miles. But the interior could have been cleaner.
