How U-Haul Reviews Workthis is the only location i use. i have always had great customer service and no issues with the equipment. i used a different one, once and she made me buy insurance and said she would refund it, but didn’t.
WENDY SI did not receive the additional items I paid for, there was nobody at the location when I was trying to get assistance. Several customers were looking for an employee with nobody around. Mind you, this location was open.
Jayson TFast, easy and good advice from employee
Cameron WFast drop-off. Would be a good pickup location in Cheyenne as there is a lot of equipment based on requirements.
