I hand reserved a set of hand trucks and two furniture dollies. They had none of those when I arrived at pickup. This would have been good to know prior to arrival due to the fact they were essential in my move. I had to luckily borrow a furniture dolly from someone also moving out of their storage unit. When my wife went back to ask about the hand trucks, because they only told me at pickup they had no dollies, they were extremely rude and short with her and made no attempt to rectify their failures. I ended up having to buy equipment when I arrived at my final destination. I have used this pick up facility before and have ran into similar problems but they always have the trucks or trailers I needed. I will never use them again and would advise everyone not to use them. Horrible customer service.
