My reservation was for 8:00 and nobody showed up so I could get keys until at least 8:30. I selected self-pickup, but there was no way for me to get keys because they were not in the designated location.

Our truck was not available when we arrived they had to call around to find a truck. We finally got one almost an hour later than expected. It was not cleaned out
