This location did not have gas and it’s considered a gas station because it has pumps there but I had to travel to another gas station to add gas to the truck.

The sale man added insurance after I declined it whe n book i notice after he email me my receipt and when you book online for this location it do not said the hold a $100 they have it on the gas station windows
Sharon HThe lady on the phone when I reserved it originally scheduled me for a UHaul location that is actually on Andrew’s AFB. She didn’t tell me it was on base. They would not let me on the base despite my order number. I had to call UHaul and fortunately they were able to set me up at this location. I’m very pleased. The rental process was easy once there, the manager was friendly, the truck worked great, and through UHaul they hired me two movers who were outstanding. I also did not get charged anything more than I was supposed to and even got an $11 credit for the gas that I overfilled. Very honest, upfront, and very glad UHaul was able to still accommodate me all things considered.

Harold BI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent rental experience. Upon returning the vehicle, there was no staff available to accept the truck, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, it is evident that the company fails to conduct proper inspections before and after rentals.The vehicle I received was in poor condition; the tire pressure warning light remained illuminated on the dashboard throughout the duration of my rental, raising significant safety concerns. Additionally, the cargo area was not cleaned, as I discovered trash left behind by a previous customer. This lack of oversight and maintenance is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your service standards. I expect a prompt response regarding how you intend to address these lapses in quality control and ensure that future customers do not encounter these same issues.
