How U-Haul Reviews WorkProblem with front left air pressure sensor (proper reading on screen but error message 'low air pressure'). The rest - ok.
Rick SI tried using the app to book and drop off. The app didn't work. It just hung. Luckily the location was open and I could use the person at the counter to pickup and drop off. Not sure why the app doesn't work for me. Even the counter person couldn't get it to work for me.

Lucy MHank definitely needs more training. I came back to this location for the second time as the first time was a great experience. Second time was a horrendous experience. From the minute, I called to try and confirm my booking as the location was gonna be closed. It was a nightmare. I 100% will never use this location again when there are so many U-Haul locations to pick from in Cobourg.
