The person assisting us in checking in the trailer was not very nice. She seemed "put out" that I showed up 5 minutes before opening time (I was planning on waiting until opening). She then gave confusing directions as to where to park, so I parked where I thought she wanted me to. It wasn't to her liking, and she let me know it. She is in the customer service business, but needs training. Sad, as it is the closest U-Haul to my new home and I need to rent another trailer or two for additional trips, but happy to drive out of my way to return future trailers elsewhere.
