Great customer service, great experience! The owner, Phil, went above and beyond and made sure everything was taken care of with the truck. Highly recommended for your next move!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I arrived to check in and get my truck I was told they didn't have one. The booking was messed up I reserved a truck in Colorado springs and there was no information on it. After searching they found I was supposed to pick up in Washington State. The office I was working with was able to fix the mistake and get me a truck and took great care to fix the problem. So your booking was not good but you're office was great.
Vincent TBest in town!
Rodney GPhil was very helpful with my rental as the corporate office messed up my reservation completely. I had reserved a 20' truck and a car transport trailer to be picked up together 2 weeks prior to my move. 2 days before my move I receive an email informing me that I have to pick them up 3 hours south of my original location, when I am traveling north. When I tried working with corporate, the best they could do was have me pick up the truck local and drive 1 1/2 hours away to get the trailer. Phil did his best to try and find a trailer local, but was unable. He even made several phone calls while I was there to try to help me.
Wayne WI have used this location twice and the experience was great and accommodating. The communication was great and truly helped me out when I had issues with getting a uhaul truck. Thank you so much.
