Very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Had exactly what I needed. I literally drive past two other U-Haul locations to do business here! One actually wanted to know EXACTLY what I was going to be putting in the trailer I was renting!! When I told her, "just stuff I'm moving", she said that was unacceptable and REFUSED to rent me the trailer!! True story!
