How U-Haul Reviews WorkA headlight was out on the UHAUL. I had no idea the headlight was out when I rented it at 4:00pm, until the next morning at 4:30 am when I had to leave to go out of town, and the store wasn't opened yet to trade in for the different truck. It was AWFUL to drive in the dark with one headlight for a 3-hour trip. Thank God I didn't get a ticket. Yes, the truck was clean. However, the passenger side door doesn't close properly. The dome light didn't work. The air goes on and off. I was still charged the full amount which is insane. No more UHAUL rentals for my business, I'll rent a Van from a car rental place instead.
