Nehemiah KFirst obviously may have been my mistake but I did not select this location for a truck pickup. I also paid extra for a furniture dolly and there was no dolly for me that was left in the truck or made available. I found that really irritating.
ANDREW SWe had originally reserved item at location 2711 E business 190. We went to pick up and advised it was at 11:30 and at a different location. No one mentioned this to us. My husband was very iirate because thought location for pickup was same as reserved. Th other location the guy sells alcohol and was busy in between taking care of uhaul customers and selling his booze. He had several customers waiting on him.
