My agreement originally said I could drop off the Uhaul at 5:00pm on Tuesday the 18th. When I dropped it off they charged me for an extra day because they said I needed to bring it back at 8:15am. I would appreciate a credit.

Shelley DWorkers there were incredibly nice and welcoming. They were pretty busy looking when I arrived to drop the truck off and even then while I was waiting on an Uber to go home, one of the people there stepped outside just to make sure I was okay. I was offered some water and had a lovely conversation with the man that came out. Based on the care and professionalism I experienced, I would recommend this location for uhaul if someone goes that way or for their actual storage business in general. They seem like a good place to get in business with! No notes on improvements needed at this time from me! Color me one happy customer :)
Allison LThe van needed an oil change and so every time I got in it, the maintenance light would remind me of an oil change, and I had to manually dismiss the message to see the rest of the trip information. Also, the interior looked like it needed broomed, and washed from previous users.
