This is a private owned UHaul affiliate. They had no equipment (besides a dolly) available and I was informed of a fee when I arrived to check in. The fee hadn't been disclosed prior to or during booking.

Donald HThe amount of chaos and confusion upon arrival was pretty high. I was told that the location was closing early and I did not have the expected amount of time, or I would get charged for another day. Other accommodations were offered but I would have been expected to travel to another location for pickup instead. Kind of shocking really. I had to hook up the trailer myself- as staff was short and playing catch up with a huge line of customers. A tire was flat when I hooked up, but I dared not waste any more time with the staff, so I drove it away and aired it up myself and hoped it would hold air for the day. They were nice, but reminded me of why I dread dealing with U-Haul rentals, based on a half dozen experiences over the past 10 years or so. Par for the course, in all honesty.
