Kara LThey provided excellent customer service. However I would like to review the findings on the vehicle with the representative prior to finalizing the pick up. I had been verbally told the truck was at 3/8 but it was actually 7/16, one tenth off. We returned the truck with 3/8s and was charged $13 for 3 gallons for one tenth off. I was happy to pay for the extra miles and $15 of the MoveSafe but would like to be credited $13 or had the opportunity to get the gas on my own at the drop off location (at a gas station).
