william kI always use the app to pickup whenever possible. I had to go inside for the keys for some reason. The lady spoke to me like I was bothering her. The location is in Dagsboro which is innundated with the smell of the local chicken processing plants so the truck cab smelled like a dirty diaper which was very unpleasant. Would not rent from this location ever again.
Jennifer BNot the address I reserved, smaller truck than I reserved, did not get a dolly like I reserved but was charged for one. It seems they give you farther distances just to get more miles. The place I originally reserved had trucks sitting there all weekend.
richard kI had a problem with the trailer lights. I have already called about the issue. I am a regular customer that picks up trailers. I have also asked for a refund because of the time crunch thats why I was unable to call uhaul for any type of service. I was unable to use the unit. Thanks
