To start off, I got charged for 4 gallons of fuel. I returned the box fan with more fuel than what it started with when I picked it up. Also, I got charged for going over on my miles. That wouldn’t have happened, if I didn’t have issues dropping off my vehicle at the original location in which I had intended to drop it off. We had to drive further to a location that was open. I think your U-Haul app could use a little help making it more user-friendly.

Took almost an hour to get truck, instructions unclear, long line, and long wait. Truck was clear but not particularly clen.
