Filthy windshield never could get it clean. To high to reach. Pointed me to lot no instructions or warnings. Never have driven one. 3 accidents during trip. Will never rent again.

No improvements are needed. I had a great experience. I have no complaints whatsoever!
Shaquela TI need managers to call me ASAP. I am very dissatisfied with my services. I was charged for 120 miles when I didn’t even go 15 miles. Let alone, he gave me a truck that was empty and we ran out of gas on the highway. We then had to push it to a safe location. This is very unsafe for 2 young women and our safety was endangered.
Riley VGreat U-Haul rental experience! The entire process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The truck was clean, ready to go, and everything went smoothly from pickup to return. I would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend them!
Lauren WPerson working this office on Saturday the 22nd about 1 PM was surly and unhelpful. I drove to the address on my reservation to drop this off and parked temporarily and went in to the office to check in, the person did not greet me in a friendly manner, and when I said I was dropping off a trailer, he just said “where is it?” I said I had just pulled up out in the parking lot, he said “no, you have to take it to other lot” as if I had done something wrong. I had to ask him what other lot, and then when I drove it over there, he was still rude in his direction of where he wanted me to put it and how I was trying to unhitch the trailer. He needs to learn some customer service skills and some basic manners.
