Only place in dauphin for pick up. The building is pretty scary to go into.

This location is no longer a Fas Gas station. It is an independent dealer with no association to any gas station company. Fas Gas now has its station in another location in Dauphin Service rep was knowledgeable and personable. Transaction went well
Ron MHe did not check in my rental on the day I dropped it off. Uhaul then began calling me asking why I hadn't dropped it off. When I called in asking what the f was going on he finally checked it in a day late then charged me for the extra day commiting fraud. If it wasn't for a rep named Levina refunding the fraudulent charge it could have turned in to a costly legal battle.
Donovan PWhat a scam. The truck was late coming in. I had to wait a couple extra hours. Then the dealer rushed thru the process. He charged an extra $200 because i used debit and said I would get that refunded at the destination. When i got to the destination the contract had been cancelled and showed the truck still in Dauphin. The staff in Redcliff were very good and refunded me $100 of the $200 that the dealer in Dauphin said i would get back
Patrick BThe trailer was dirty and not properly maintained. When we first came to this location to rent a trailer, we were quoted a price that was about three times higher than the price shown on the U-Haul website. We refused because we felt we were being overcharged. We went back home and made the reservation online ourselves at the correct website price. If U-Haul truly wants to provide good customer service, this Dauphin location needs to be reviewed. We are not the first customers to report that this location quotes much higher prices than those listed online. This creates a very negative experience and damages customers' trust. We hope U-Haul will investigate this location and ensure customers are charged the correct advertised prices in the future.
