Staff friendly. Truck initially given had problem starting. It did start and I went across lot to add gas as was at 1/4 tank. Paid $30. Then barely started again so I called and was able to drive back. They gave me new truck but no refund for gas. With new truck no opportunity to out in pictures or condition or mileage. There also was a 45 min delay getting first truck due to Uhaul website down.

s sI rented a cargo van and went back to tell the associate Tia the van was dirty instead of her just giving me a clean van which it was one beside it seems in better condition she say give me a minute I clean it. At that point I should not have to wait on a clean van it should have been clean upon last rental. So I asked for a refund and she stated ok. She rather lose revenue instead of satisfying a customer poor customer service
