Not an actual location. It was a junkyard with a few trucks and trailers. The worker did my paperwork on a laptop while sitting in a running uhaul truck with air conditioning. Upon putting my rental trailer on, he hits my bumper with the trailer and makes no effort to apologize. The actual lot is filled with potholes and puddles, which left me with a dirty dusty car after pickup.

I was charged for an extra day when I returned the trailer before my actual return time. Nobody answers the phone.

Katelyn SJames did a great job but the location looks like a junk yard and there was no office due to work being done. I do not actually think there is an office. I requested Federal Hwy location but was given Congress. You need to find another location, this reflects very poorly on UHaul.
