The staff was friendly and helpful and the equipment was clean and in good condition. The location could be better. You have to cross a busy street to get from the office to the lot.
Peter JI booked a cargo van rental after hours, they gave me the code to get the key and there was no key. Spent 30 min on the phone with customer service going through all the slots to find no key. There was not any similar rentals available nearby. I was not able to secure a rental until the next morning in person at the office.
Fatima MDrop off location was a 6. A little testy to drive to. lady that checked truck was very good, professional and knowledgeable.
Gary MTeam put on and took off trailer- even after drop Off hours. Paperwork was easy. Dales was a great U Haul location
