Have the rental I ordered 2 weeks earlier available at the location I ordered it from. If you need to substitute bring the equipment to the new location. My truck was not available at any location. Had made arrangements for someone to drive. The available truck was 25 miles away. That’s one way so50 miles total. Had to make arrangements with the driver and by the time I did the truck was gone. Got a smaller one. Dales was very friendly and accommodating. My question is. You have the rental reservation on the computer. Your computer also knows where the trucks are. Why are the systems not communicating. If someone has as a reservation it should have priority. Actually one store personnel asked me that. Other than Dales. I would rate UHaul a 0.

Your customer service was very poor and unprofessional.
DSie WI had trouble with the contactless pickup. When I got there the login shows I didn’t have any reservations so had to do a on line verification. After that went good.
Robert PEmergency chains were not criss-crossed as they should have been. Drop off location pointed this out. Otherwise, the experience was great.
Thad DUhaul needs to reward the drop location. The professionalism was above and beyond.
