The owner is rude!! we showed up to pick up our trailer and he wasn’t there he ran to the post office so we had to wait putting us behind time. He was rude he did not come out to help attach the trailer. He did not have the trailer that we ordered and we promised. Horrible owner I would never never recommend this location to anyone.

The attendant was helpful with helping us attach the hitch and getting all the paper work done to rent the truck. In future, it would be helpful to help the customer manage expectations with regards to the type of vehicle that will be available on the day of pick-up. In our case, we reserved a 26' van but only found out 2 days prior that a 20' was available. it was not the fault of the attendant, rather an oversight from the point of reserving online.
Kim SWe had many issues trying to pick up our uhaul it was a very stressful move already and using uhaul made it much worse we were contsantly on the phone with new people trying to deal with everything and I had already agreed to help uhaul out by towing a trailer for them on my expense just to be a nice person and they made it so much harder then it needed to be
Xaviare KI did not personally drop the truck off, so am unable to comment from furst-hand experience. My brother had nothing negative to say re: drop off, so I'm assuming everything went smoothly.
