How U-Haul Reviews WorkAt a laundry??
James BDear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the service I received regarding a recent reservation. I placed an advance order for a truck, but upon arrival, the reserved vehicle was unavailable. The front desk representative was unable to resolve the issue and was texting back and forth with a supervisor named Aaron, who was allegedly unavailable to speak with me directly. Furthermore, the representative refused to honor the $50 reservation guarantee stated on your website. Due to this issue, I had to completely change my plans. The service provided at this location, as well as the Lawrenceville location that was called, was unacceptable. Given these circumstances, I request that you honor the $50 guarantee and address the lack of service at these locations. Sincerely,
