I was impressed with the friendly and helpful service, especially when we went to pick up the truck for our move: the employee was rushed off his feet with this and that ( all legitimate stuff, just a lot of it at one time) but he remained pleasant and very helpful as we needed to change from the original size of truck we'd ordered. A good start to Moving Day! Thank you.

Rae SThe quality of U-haul services and vehicles varies from p;lace to place. This Duncan location was superb. Great van (aside from the idiotic split side mirrors) and friendly, easy service.
Barry RDeclare cost per kilometre before renting. Don’t advertise the base price, it’s deceiving. Have proper payload dimensions for vehicles. Don’t suck so bad.
ANDREW PI have rented the rental unit at $19.95 a day a few years ago. But this time the rate per km has risen a lot higher. Not the best deal anymore. Will look for other alternatives.
