As someone who doesn't use apps much, I found the return process a little hard to navigate on my phone. Making it a little more user friendly for older folk would help. I wasn't sure if my return was finished at the end.

shayla oNuts missing from trailers. Needed to ask for a hand to tie up the trailer/check lights. They dont answer the phone. Tried endlessly til I went down there. Guy hung up on all calls before answering when I was there. Gave me a rough quote at first, which more than doubled (without changing any options) after spending 30mins there.
Oisin TGet someone that at can least pretend to like their job. Did not mention anything about a pad lock being on the back door of the truck…had to drive all the way back and he had the audacity to say the key is on the keychain and that it was common sense to know that!!!! This guy is beyond rude!!!!! Hopefully we will never have to deal with him ever again. We were overcharged for our rental on August 22 and I was supposed to get a call from the area manager and I’ve heard nothing!!!!!!! I’ve called 3 times and still no response. Extremely poor service overall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure why I’m taking the time to write this as clearly no one gives a rats ass!!!!!!!!
